INTRODUCTION OF PRESIDENT IN CITY GUIDE

In the business and tourist guide of Nis and Southeastern Serbia number 27  published by the "CITY marketing center" in Nis was published editorial signed by Prof. Dr. Igor Novakovic, president of Palilula Municipality. In the text, which opens pages in this prestigious journal, the president Novakovic addresses to the citizens of Nis and especially to the Palilula people in following words: "Quality of life in the community depends on many factors such as natural and social environment, preserved environment and a stable economic environment.Specifically it means the good financial situation of every individual, every family, the availability of a variety of content that meets our needs. It is our goal of designing of development of Palilula Municipality, one of the five municipalities of the City of Nis, which since 2008., after the local elections and the formation of new government we successfully achieve. These days, we marked two years of successful work in the Palilula Municipality. 

We are very pleased that the projected four-year Municipal Development Plan will be implemented by the end of this year-before the deadline. " In further line Prof. Dr. Igor Novakovic stress comparative advantages of Palilula Municipality. “ Palilula Municipality is development oriented Municipality. Economical development archive by investments which could take a place in different forms. The most comprehensive are of course “Greenfield” investments like industrial zone Donje Medjurovo but and “Brownfield”, as it is space of company Vulkan and Elektronska industrija. We are aware that on the way of European integrations development of local community is focused to the market mechanism  and that is based on experience  where economical progress of each area only depends of ability of community to rationally engage material but especially human resources. We are working greatly that to the Palilula Municipality provide development way and place in Strategy of development of City of Nis and Region,  to offer strategic priorities which can be able to achieve for real in coming period of development – concludes president Novakovic in introduction of the city guide.

CITY GUIDE is business and tourist guide of the City of Nis and its publishing two times per year (January – July) in circulation of 10.000 copies on 236 color pages A5 format. Quality of this publication are illustrated reports of business, tourists and hotelier services worth of attention for our citizens and guests, what contribute to better communication between businessmen as and better information of citizens. In a City guide, as a special part on many pages is and City car Address book dedicated to cars, which has to serve and to advertisers and to the citizens of Nis as a guide trough cars market in our city. It is very deep mark which is City marketing center left in the past eleven years on development of marketing, and also on promotion of cultural and others events in Nis.
